Same as other comments on this number. The phone rang once then stopped. Not sure why.

Missed a call from Origin Energy, not satisfied with their charges and have sourced a better deal with AGL. If Origin don't come to the party i will make the change to AGL.

If you can spare the time, please consider raising a complaint via their online enquiry form. It's clearly a poorly designed feedback process that they need to review.

Origin Energy. Rang once and hung up. Do it every time you make a transaction with them. Wankers.

Literally rang out for about 2 seconds, not enough time to answer the call.

I am astounded that you cannot make an appointment with these people. Envestra read the meters but do not make 'appointments'. The expectation is that you will be available between 7am and 7pm if your meter isn't readily assessable, and that if you can't be there you should "ask a relative or friend". THEN, after spending all day at the house, turns out, they turned up 2 weeks later and then charged me for missing the appointment! Origin resolution team can't resolve the matter. I've been in my residence for three months, without have my meter read. I have a copy of the last owner's final meter read, I have a photograph I've taken of the meter at the day I moved in and they won't accept these details. They will not start an account for me until they have completed a 'start' meter read. Apparently I can't be charged for the usage until this start meter read is done....that's three months free...no wonder utilities costs are high....the place is run by a bunch of monkeys!

Call to my mobile, hung up to quickly, probably trying to miss call charges before message bank. Had this happen before with oversees call centres.

Hung up too quickly, a few minutes ago, b4 I could reach phone, which is reasonably close. Very annoying.

Matt - I had trouble with Origin Energy estimating our bills last year. You may have this sorted out now but if not, call the ombudsman. My bill went from being $800 to being in credit.

It's not Origin Energy that check the meter - it's your local distributor. Origin, AGL, Energy Aust etc. are all only retailers, the distributor is responsible for maintaining the grid and reading the meters.

Similar to Holden make cars and send them out to dealerships.

These guys haven't been checking our metre and over estimating our bill for months, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue (just want someone to come and verify the metre) they don't seem to be able to get it right.

Phone rings, literally one ring.. and hangs up - it's these jerks "thanks for your input" - What Input? you didn't let me have a say you cowards.
