Caller: An Indian-accented lady

It's Saturday, so i do not have any expected call that may be official to my official phone.
the lady rang my mobile phone after i hang up on her when she rang 2 minutes earlier on my landline.

She first used the mobile number 0417 907 997. She used this to ring my land line. I ignored. Then to my surprise, she rang my mobile number. I picked up and told her I am going to report her to the police. I still wanted to engage her by sounding a funny music... She hang up. but she rang again using (03) 9870 3258 with this message -- that she is following up the payments for a contract service (I do not know what) that i signed with her company three years ago... and she is going to proceed with chasing my bank. She is trying to sound business-like.
