I suspect a nuisance call. I rang the number back and it was not connected.

I have been rung twice in 2 days however missed calls. Rang number back once but disconnected almost immediately...Very odd and I will Block number as a precaution.

Called number back 30 secs later, says it's disconnected. It's a Dandenong number.

Potential Fraud. Looking at the listing details above, I don't know that person and have no reason for them to be calling me. SCAM call - using another persons number.

Number shows up as coming from Dandenong (Melbourne), Victoria and shows up here as someone called “U. Smith” at an address in Robinson Rd, Narre Warren North, VIC yet when you ring straight back it’s disconnected.
Obviously scammers
