I know some of those assaulted by this teacher and can tell you that he's been committed for trial. The trial will take place late in 2018, around October.

I can find no listing of Tim *hidden*s case at LaTrobe Magistrates court. Does anyone know an outcome?

Anyone have an update on his hearing? No more court listings wityh his name, so he either walked, or hes off the the next level of courts.

In total shock he was my science teacher for about 5years
I thought he was a great teacher too
But me being a girl never went stay at farm nor he did he ever touch me at all
I pray it is not true but if it is the victims get justice

I was also a farm victim late 70s. He knew what he was doing was wrong. He has scared me for life.

I and two younger siblings attended DHS from the early 70's.
At the time TLR was the Form 1 co-ordinator.
Scruffy a young bloke that I was, I never dared to have my tie undone or my shirt untucked for fear of a drooling TLR, delighting in adjusting my attire, as he did to so many.
TLR was also the locker coordinator and was responsible for issuing keys etc.
As a habitual loser of locker keys, I always dreaded a visit to room 27, where new keys were issues in the back room, behind closed doors.
I made a point of waiting for others to go into his office before going in, out of fear of being alone with him.
We all heard the cruel taunts when TLR walked the corridors.
To be honest, I felt for the guy, never really being sure that he truly was a threat.
I merely thought that kids, often cruel, and definitely homophobic (in those days) were harassing a potentially innocent man.
I thankfully, was never approached or interfered with by TLR.
I feel more than a little P..sed Off, that those who had the courage to report their experiences with TLR, to the school, were never believed and that no action was taken against this vile animal.
It may seem that I am condemning an innocent man before his trial, but I have It from an impeccable source that he and several others were indecently dealt with by TLR on more than one occasion from the age of 12.
I urge anybody who suffered at the hands of TLR, to come forward to help bring some closure and justice to decades of indecency.

I remember in 1970, he was our science teacher. We all called out "bums to the wall" when he arrived in the classroom. I recall the farm, (I never went) where a group of boys would go to on the weekend. Strange guy, always wore a dark suit & white shirt, black tie. Not surprising this revelation.

Yes, I was also a victim on his 'farm'. I only found out he'd been caught after having yet another breakdown and telling my family who Googled his name. I thought he might have been dead already - glad to hear he is still around to face the music!

Often visited his farm with group of friends, some of us boys and some of us girls.
Had a tight group and we would hang out there and ride motorbikes.
He gave me the creeps back then and after him being arrested and reading about the "farm", I have constant flashbacks and panic attacks... Please come forward if this animal took your childhood innocence. Have him locked up and let him rot in a jail cell. I have contacted Simon Fisher with what I know & remember.
