Yes. Absolute charmer. Tried to sexually assault my brother at his infamous farm in the 1970s. That's not a rumour...but the rumours were true. If he tried on now what he did then he'd be in jail.

I know from personal experience that this animal was active in the early 60s and possibly even sooner. Thanks to Simon Fisher and his diligent investigation we all may at last find some solace when T.L.R. Is finally locked away. I have been battling these insidious memories for over 50 years. Please contact Simon if you have any information that may assist him in his endeavours

Timothy *hidden*'s trial has finally commenced October 22nd, 2018 - estimated to take four weeks. Being held in the County Court of Victoria (Melbourne), It is an open court, except for when victims are questioned. Don't quote me, but apparently there are 66 victims at this stage. Shocking, hopefully justice will prevail for those that suffered under his hand.

Us boys would say to each other "Bums to the wall, Tim's on the crawl"! He was our Science teacher and he calmly told us about the changes that puberty was bringing to us kids.
During my first year at high school in 1975 I accepted an invitation to stay at his farm, along with schoolmates Michael and Andrew. I remember Tim coming to say goodnight to us three. There was a copy of Time magazine near my bed which I grabbed. I placed one hand on the letter 'e' in Time and said "Look! I've got Tim magazine!". We had a laugh and Tim tickled me on the chest area because I was being a cheeky kid. I wouldn't call that molestation and I would certainly remember if he'd gone any further than a mere tickle. I remember riding around the farm on a tractor (and taking control of the steering wheel for a brief moment or two). So, for me it seems I didn't have the sort of trouble other kids had with Tim: there were certainly rumours about him, though, at Dandenong High School. I'm guessing that the rumours may have been the reason he retired early (in 1979 or1980). I remember he bought and gave an organ for use by the music teacher at school assembly as a parting gift. I'm guessing his old farm has probably been subdivided into housing lots and made someone very wealthy!

Tim *hidden* is still alive (aged 79 I believe) and currently being charged, at last!
Please contact Detective Simon Fisher (03) 5120 0365) at Central Gippsland SOCIT,
to discuss, and add to those guys, having also been abused, who have now come forward. Not an easy thing to do but a necessary one for recovery. Australian statistics show 1 in 6 kids, males, have been sexually abused. This should not be swept under the carpet any longer.

Karma has finally caught up with this scumbag. On the 29/01/19 he was placed into custody awaiting sentencing on 21/02/19. He has since had a heart attack. Fortunately he was revived and is still alive to face his sentence.

Hi all. Hope you all well. I have been asked to pass this on by Det Sen Constable Simon Fisher.

Hi Margaret,
Former Dandenong High School teacher Tim *hidden* was arrested and charged with sexual assaults on 11/08/16. *hidden* was released on bail and is due to front the Morwell court on 10/11/16

The next court date is called a ‘committal mention’. This is an administrative date only and it gives *hidden* he opportunity to plead guilty if he wishes too.
Prior to this court date I am hoping to speak with or at least have recorded any other victims/complainants and/or witnesses that may be able to assist me further re: *hidden*’s offending.
If possible, could you please forward this email to all ex-students you have on your database etc.
If any of the past students have information that they want to pass on to me they can either send an email to me on this email address simon.fisher @ police.vic.gov.au or they can ring 1800 333 000
Thanks again,
Simon

I finally took myself to the court today after hesitating for weeks: I found out that the jury has been out since last Wednesday, so hopefully a verdict is not too far away (if not already reached after I left the court this morning). So, it has been a seven week trial and the jury has been out nearly a week.....

I hope after the court's determination there is some reasonable conclusion for those who got caught up TLR's behaviour. I helped a friend get away from the farm one weekend as he was caught up in the Regional Scout Swimming Carnival - TLR was a Scout Master as well. Horrible to see how scared he was at the time. I still can't believe that the School's governance refused to listen to the students and whenever there was an enquiry into his behaviour it would be 'seen off' by the 'authorities'. Pity that was an era where children were not listened to at all. How times have changed - diminishing respect for teachers is a huge problem now. Loss of trust has had a massive affect on our institutions.

I hope he gets a long term behind bars. Does anyone remember his foster child (Son). He started living on the farm with Tim in the very early 80s from memory. I bet he was abused big time too!!!!
