Raced to answer phone as expecting important call. Only got static then disconnected. Rang (03) 9796 8988 back to get message , "Your call could not be connected. Please check the number and try again."

I replied asking why he was phoning a number on the Do Not Call Register and he carried on about me being so miserable when he asked how I was was and when I repeated my question he said F... you - you shouldn't enter competition and hung up. Called stated it was calling from Dandenong VIC. Did not answer the call but called it straight back only to be told number was disconnected?? Definitely a scam. Number blocked.

Asked if I was under 50 years old. I said does not apply and that they sound like a scam. As I hung up I heard a female voice say "This is not a scam call". Yeah - right!
