Blocked the number, now she calls from a 'Private Number'

Lady rang today and said she was from an employment service, said not elidgle for benefits, knew my name as well. When questioned she cut the line

Called number, rang a few times then disconnected. Listed as Dandenong.

This number KEEPS calling my mobile and EVERY time I tell them not to call me again! She says she is from Employee Benefits Program. When I ring the number back it just disconnects. Convinced this is a scam!

I called back number (03) 9781 8426 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

missed call and no answer on return of call. Location listed as Dandenong VIC
