I called back number (03) 9616 4400 spoke to a guy who said company name is Fitness First.

Caller: Fitness First This call was from Fitness First Flinders st (Melbourne) as i had cancelled my membership with them within the last few months. I believe it was a retention call, as they wanted to check how i was going, and offer me a lower rate than normal as a promotion. This was a legitimate call
