Missed call from this number - called back and it said "Messge box full" and the busy the next few tims I answered

Got a call from this number but did not answer, no voice message left. Called the number back and pre-recorded message states its an electricity company trying to save you money. left them a voice message to take me off their list.

Got a call at about 6pm yesterday from this number. It was some woman working for an agency (can't recall the name of the company she mentioned) wanting to give me a better a deal on my energy bills. I was at the hairdresser so told her to call back today and just received a call back from this number (03) 9560 0429 which i did not answer.

Got a missed call from this number. When i returned call as a gesture of courtesy, this number was perpetually engaged!

I could just hear creepy breathing and then they hung up! I rang back and got the whole "user busy" thing. What a goose.

I have had a couple of calls from (03) 9561 5798 and (03) 9560 6918 from an intrusive person regarding roller shutters, wanting to know what kind of rooms I have at the front and back of the house – why was this important? When I called back nobody answered.

I have received 4 missed calls from this number in a week. Each time i call back it rings out or is engaged....

Called the number back After 4 missed calles then It goes through some sort of computer system to an old guy named John west? Something dodged here.

I received 4 missed calls today from this number and have had a few in the last few weeks also. I call it but it rings and rings and never answers.

my wife answered one of these calls and it was someone cold calling about becoming a distributor for Excel (or XL) roller shutters. We were not interested, but decided to call back to see if it was legit, and like you found that the number rings out and is not answered.Very odd.
