For the last few years we have encountered nothing but trouble. The above is so true about there inability to deliver. We have wasted owners money. They should be upfront and honest with owners and tell them how they will take their money and deliver nothing. Very very disappointed.

Agree. Bad bad bad binks. Dishonest, incompetent. There is nothing positive to say about them at all. DONT USE.

I urge you not to even consider binks to manage your property. It will end in tears. They are horrible.

Hi, i am so glad i came across this site. I was in the process of signing with Binks. However after reading the content i found an alternative manager. Sounds like they promise the world but don't deliver. Maybe they should change their name to 'dodgy binks'.

Our experience includes non responsiveness, excessive management fees, non delivery as well as trying to charge for services never delivered. They are very quick to raise an invoice but still waiting for them to respond to correspondence. *hidden* at their Kew office should be in jail for fraud.

Our owners corporatation terminated Binks and Asscoiates services earlier this year and the manager has still not provided the records as required under the onwers corporation act. As I understand it there are a number of franchises so it all depends on who you get, but regardless because of the business arrangement Binks head office can't help. I strongly urge you not to use Reddie Body Corporate Services which operates as one of the Binks franchises, or you may end up with having to deal with consumer affairs or vcat to get the management terminated.

We have had several body corporate managers at our apartment complex. However binks wins as the most incompetent. They will be removed at the upcoming agm. Dont waste your time oe money with them!

I completely agree with the above. They have no regard for owners and are completely unprofessional. I would never deal with them again.
