Caller: Robodialler on (03) 9488 3599 (03) 9488 3599 called but did not leave a message. I dialled it back and it was engaged. Typical behaviour of a robo-dialler, wants to know if you are home and stores your number for further attacks on your privacy. We need a properly resourced authority to fix this useless telephone system and the political will and intelligence to make it work.
