I placed an order on the 15th May and as of 23rd May, have not received it...I live in the suburbs of Sydney, not rural
...I regularly buy clothes from the U.S. and the UK and ALWAYS receive my goods within 9 days max...YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER...other online pharmacies online, so they get get orders from now on...

I was shopping in chemist warehouse Scorseby Vic last night to buy product for my sister when she's home looking after baby. I have a question with product and I video call her. I was accused by one of the staff that I am picturing and video product. Does this guy have basic knowledge of difference between video call and video? I switch to voice call my sister and he got a lady in the count to talk to me and I tell her I am doing my voice call. Then security guard come to bug me as well. That is he way they treat the customer. Watch over your shoulder and interfere your privacy while you are making your private call. Not buying normal price product there again, only special things.

This is the third time I had see this rude staff who work in chemist warehouse (205 Sandy Bay rd Sandy Bay) her served name is Grace (21795).The date is 30 April 2015 12.32pm. When I want to pay for it she never tell me how much should I pay just let me guess how much I need to pay. After paid for it she never give or ask do I want the plastic bag as well. Also show me her racist face like I owe her a billion dollar. This kind of staff also can work in chemist warehouse I never unbelievable why Chemist warehouse want to employ her.

I have been using my Chemist Warehouse for a number of years now and have my scripts there on file . Yesterday thursday march 19th I had a rather unpleasnt encounter with a rather small and arrogant store security guard ,which in itself is funny when you consider this dictator is about five foot tall and about 65 years old at 211 Oxford st . As i stood waiting to pay for my purchases he was watching (not checking ) people with bags and rucksacks , as i went to leave he asked to look at my shopping trolly , I said begrudgingly go ahead to which he said "No you show me " so i questioned him as to why and he said he couldnt do it , so i said fine then you dont get to see it then because I am not going to open it , i find this so intrusive to begin with , I lived in the Uk for 40 years and NEVER EVER left a shop and had my bag checked because this isnt the practice , a store detective would only ask to see your bag if he had been tipped off by the security team that watches the cctv or if a staff member has seen something that warrents a bag search , anyway as you can imagine this turned into a stand off infront of other customers , I am a 47 year old woman with arthritis and had to stand there whilst this little man then told me that im not welcome in that store anymore and told me never to come back again !! I am furious how dare this happen , and as he argued the toss many many many customers with bags left the shop un challenged , so i guess i will now be taking my custom elswhere , its not just my regular scripts that i buy from your store but all my toiletries , and on a final note your two members of staff who were stood there (silent) i turned to the female satff member and offered her to look in my trolly to which she found NOTHING

Ana, it is unlawful for anyone to touch anything that in on you including taking things from your shopping bag unless you give them permission to do so. You don't have to cooperate and if you walk out of the store and they hold physically on the suspicion of shoplifting and they find nothing against you then you can sue them for unlawful arrest.

I have to constantly go back to the store as there are always mistakes made at the checkout regarding incorrect pricing, charging for the same item more than once etc etc.
Each time, instead of apologising to me for the inconvenience of having to come back to the store which is in the next suburb, the staff and management are resentful and totally lack customer service. The latest episode where credit card was billed twice for the same amount and even after presenting extract from bank statement showing the double payment and the cash register receipt slip showing the double payment, I was told to go to my back to recover the amount from the bank. No more profit will be made from me!

I am sooo glad you said this! I have worked with Lee-Ann and she is a horrible manager, not to mention, person! I have been looking everywhere to complain about her to Head Office but I can't find the right link, I might just call them. There is no point just going to management to have something done about her because they're all stuck up each other's arses, it's pathetic and disgusting. They need to look after their staff members, not ignore the pieces of sh*t who are bullying them! I am so sick of hearing about the horrible things she says and how she treats staff and I find it so laughable that she has the audacity to point her finger at staff and tell them they have no respect for others when she's a 50 year old hag who's f*cking a 20 year old staff member hahaha!! She has to go, she's so repulsive.

I buy the steam vaporiser in chemist warehouse in hoppers crossing when I used it I'm not happy the person I talk to name Peter told me that he can't replce because I buy the wrong product he said that is not his problem all I want to replace it he said its my problem I didn't return it all I want to replace In your policy return it if any problem why he said its my problem What kind of person he is His no respect to me his pathetic person why you hired people like that

I usually have a great experience when I go to ANY Chemist Warehouse, but I was absolutely disgusted when I saw a staff member humiliate another shop girl in front of customers in MILDURA on LANGTREE AVENUE. I was absolutely appalled when I saw a lovely young shop girl being incredibly polite and serving customers in the makeup section when she was approached and interrupted by an incredibly RUDE staff member who I later found out was the STORE MANAGER called “LEE-ANN”. This “women” (and I use that term loosely) cut the girl off from talking to the customer and YELLED while pointing her finger at her that she was “not allowed to be in this section and to get back where she was supposed to be right now” and then stormed off like a coward. I could not believe how she was spoken to, and the poor girl broken down into tears…how humiliating for her to be treated that way in front of other people!! I have never seen such a level of unprofessional-ism and total LACK OF RESPECT for another person in the work place. “Lee-Ann” is a disgrace and if you are approached by her in the store, I would refuse her service! She's repulsive and I am never shopping there again, they have lost me as a regular customer and they have lost my family and friends too because you can bet I told them about this and they are just as disgusted!

On Saturday I purchased Tena pads for my elderly mum on a 2 for 1 offer. Was told that the offer run until the 18th. So I ordered 12 packets to be delivered on Tuesday. When she arrived in store she was told that head office would not honour the deal. My mum felt she was obliged to pay for the full order which now financially disadvantages her because she had to pay this from her fortnight's pension to pay the full price.

Surely this is FALSE ADVERTISING when a sign on the shelves says 2 for 1 and 3 staff members verify that the order will be honoured - one of which was Catherine from my local store here in Gympie.
I feel it is up to Chemist Warehouse to honour a deal when it is clearly signed and repeated a number of times.

On November 27 2014 I purchased Skin Doctors products for my daughter's birthday. Much to my horror when she opened the completely sealed Skin Doctor Youth Cell it was a 3/4 empty old old tester. The situation at her birthday celebration was embarrassing and upsetting to say the least. I spend a lot of money a Chemist Warehouse and was totally disappointed with this issue.

I went to chemist warehouse manly wharf and the managers (whinny - the Asian one & Magda- the one with glasses) were abusing their staff!!! Whinny was yelling, bullying, putting down, swearing and abusing a staff member for being 1minute late to work and she said he shouldn't have eaten breakfast and he should be 10mins early as it's policy. Yet those ten minutes are not paid so legally the staff should get there on time not 10 mins early (unless they're paid for it). The staff member tried to explain but she told him that there is no excuse and that he is a bad worker and she has not ever been late. Then when he left she bi*ched about him to another staff member and all the customers could hear her! Rude. Unprofessional.

Magda was b*tching about staff in front of customers. I heard a staff member ask for Magda's help and she said "no- do it yourself-I'm busy!" Yet she was NOT busy, she was standing around like an idiot.

I have been a customer of chemist warehouse for 8 years now. After I saw how they treat their staff and talk to and about them; I will never go back there again!! And neither will any of my friends, work clients it family members.

I purchased a multi vitamin from your chatswood store based on the information that the sales attendant provided, which was incorrect and not what I was after. I have been unable to return to your store for almost a month to return the product. I completely understand I need to do this within 7 days to abide by your terms, however your terms are also bound by consumer law, which is also says on the receipt.
Because I was given misinformation, you should refund the item.
I spokje with the store manager Ash on two separate occasions and he has been very rude. He will not offer the refund despite telling him my rights and showing him on the receipt. He simply says, "look, I'm not going to give you a refund and I don't know where you're getting your information!"
Firstly I would like him to be spoken to for his rudeness, as well as giving him a basic lesson in consumer law.
I will be taking this to fair trading now.

Love our local Doncaster Chemist Warehouse for all the cheap items, but HATE the LAZY OLD SALES WOMEN that work there. They stand around in a group and gossip, out loud, in front of customers - so, basically IGNORING customers and NOT DOING THEIR JOB! When we couldn't find something, it was very obvious it was an INCONVENIENCE TO ASK A SALESPERSON! Geez, don't disturb them from their socialising!!!

Just went to the store in Girrawheen WA 6060 today and got treated like a liar. I tried a PINK revlon lip stick ( tester ) and did not like it so I was about to try a different one RED colour, but instead of taking a tester i was mistake it with a brand new one. So I have twisted the cap of the new one but as soon as I realised that it was not for testing so I stopped, twisted the cap back immediately and swear to god that I did not try it on me ( hand ). But soon after that ( a second ) , a staff came to me and told me that He saw me tested it on me & now i have to pay for it. I explained to him what I've done & also let him know that the cap hasn't been taken off the lip stick i have just twisted it a bit and already put it back with in the same condition / unopened / unused. The guy did not trust me, he looked at me like I'm a liar. So O asked for the manager, the man came I saw himmy hans where I drew 2 lines of the PINK lipstick and it hasn't got any red mark on it so i did not try the RED lipstick on me. I also tell him what I've done to the lipstick & willing to pay for it if it was my fault $ if i have used it. He went & checked the camera came back to me said that he saw me drew 2 lines on my hand with the lipstick ( yes I did that but with the PINK TESTER ) & not sure whether i have used the RED one or not ( look at my hand man!!! There is no red mark on it. Idiot !!! ). I was so pissed off, they made me look like a liar and everyone in the store were looking at me, I was so embarrassed.
The customer service is horribly poor, the staffs are impolite and the manager is even worse. Definitely no return ever.

Started to shop at your mt Gravatt store on 2 times Both times was told as doctor was unknown to them they could not dispense item until a call could be put to doctor as this was taking ages and as I am on walking stick and uncomfortable i told same product was dispensed few days previous day without any problem so thankfully they checked but gave me long written note instructing doctor how to write script its enough to read all complaints above to see type of service you give there are many shops that would to get extra business im sure
