This company had called me 37 times in two days. It is bordering on harassment. If I answer, they just hang up on me. I am so fed up. Blocking the number now but wanting to put a complaint in somewhere.

Told then we had people doing our connection set ups and the lady told me no one else can do it. Told her to talk to my sister about it as she’s handling that stuff and she still keeps calling me on different numbers!!! First Brisbane ones now Melbourne ones! Super annoying in part because I’m waiting on a Melbourne number to call from another company but I don’t even wanna answer the calls now because it’s just utter harassment I don’t have the time to deal with! We selected no to use on the move yet they still ended up with my info (not my sisters or her partner).

The amount of times they call me in a day is borderline harassment.

They call me at least 20 times a day. For the past week. Ive blocked their number cause they wont stop calling.

Electricity tellemarketing - they called back yet again. A wasted 12 minutes. They wondered why I was short with them and getting up set. Another person talking but claims not having spoken to me. I can practically quote the script to them. Got as far as telling them to post the information out to me but he put me on to a supposed supervisor. After him telling me several times that he was helping me to save money and that I shouldnt be getting upset with them. Each time he made a statement I interepted and said that I have been told that 18 times already and to just to go to the end and tell me what I need to do to get them to stop ringing. At this stage I hung up on him. He had the hide to ring back about 3 minutes later. I hung up without even answering. I am getting really fed up with them. Drastic action will happen soon.

I’m moving house soon and on my application I explicitly said I don’t want their help yet over the last 3 days I’ve had 40+ calls from them. I’ve told them I’m not interested, I’ve blocked 3 of their numbers and yet each hour I receive a notification that they’ve tried calling again. So annoying.

Agent for moving/setting up your utilities into a new house. Details passed onto them by Real Estate agent, didn't ask for the service. They are relentless about calling, I have had 3 different people ring me in the one day and when I tell them I have to go as I am working, and I will think about using their service they don't want to quit - I have had it with their badgering that I have decided not to use them even if their service is great at this point!!!!

On the move for a property purchase I made (conveyancing firm gives them contact details to help you set up services in a new residence.. I let them know I was an investor and would not require utility set up. They said they would make a note but had a second call anyway. He seemed confused and had a set up date for me. Ended up hanging up as he wanted to persevere even after I said tenants could do their own set up when I had tenants move in.
