This number is for Keycorp, the company who install eftpos terminals. If you have applied for an eftpos or HICAPS terminal they will be calling you to schedule installation appointment

Rang and left message saying they were hicaps. They rang again and i had to get to hicaps machine to update, so had to tring back. when i tried to ring back it disconnected, so ended up ringing hicaps helpline who then dealt with upgrade of machine.

Calls our business number- hangs up when answered. If it is CBA we don't bank with them....

They called my mobile even though it's noted on file that I have limited mobile reception & to call my business line instead!

Call on Saturday morning left an unintelligible message that was voice to text as "Cookie call Services", gave me a reference number and mentioned the Commonwealth Bank. Rang back and it was busy. We also have a new merchant facility request in. Pathetic, business calls on a saturday sleep -in. Called back and they were busy.

also tried calling the 9403 1605 and couldnt get through, called this number instead (03) 9403 1654, this is CBA keycorp's number, setting up new merchant terminal

I also had a missed call and could not call back. I have also recently applied for a merchant account with CBA, so I believe this would be related. Part of the approval process. I hope.

I missed the call from this same number one morning in late 2012, called it back several times in the afternoon, call is rejected each time.

I believe this is for people that applied for a merchant account through comm bank. You'd think they'd take care of their business customers by making it possible to call the number back!

Same thing missed call today but when u try to call back it appears they have blocked your return call

Another one here, some chick rang, had my name but I was driving & offered to call her back. She says "no, I'll call you back".......no call back....returned call and got number disconnected tone........cloak and dagger stuff, if this is a govt dept they should be ashamed of themselves....
