got a missed call. called back, and it said it's a disconnected number.

They were lovely! They just ask a few generalised questions to see how much tax you pay and then a tax expert calls you back and leaves you with the info about the intensive. Very helpful, not a scam they don't ask anything personal and don't talk you into anything it's just an information service :)

Just had a call from 9397 8805 - very convincing unfortunately. Googled and found this forum. Number is disconnected. So when they ring back - apparently a "Senior staff member" I will be hanging up! I am usually very suspect but hope I didn't give too much info.

Repeated calls from this number - tried to call back & got message number is disconnected.
If they do get you they want to tell you about a supposed tax loophole if you have income greater than 100k & own own home

Just had a call from these jokers. They hung up when I answered.

Four times today (03) 9397 1663 called me,I call the number back and it says this number has been disconnected!

Also received a call from this number - claiming to be with the Australian wealth campaign - called back this number - also said it was a disconnected number - SCAM!!!

11.43 Dec 9 call from 03 939 71663." Unbelievably rude girl (English accent)who said 'please don't upset me on my last day at work - just listen'. So I did for awhile. Had no idea what she was on about, some tax incentive scheme that was not well publicised and she was doin me a favour. (On a disability pension I don't pay tax) I apologised n said I didn't have time n not relevant to me but she persisted talking over the top of me. Then she stated my home address. Wouldn't listen so I said "you are so rude!" and hung up. How do these businesses exist & function and what do they expect to achieve when so abrasive in their dealings with phone contacts. Honestly, it is time we had a better system to avoid these calls as the Do not call register simply does not work for this type of rogue. AND .... what concerns me the most, I have heard of 2 situations recently where folk in private nursing homes are getting these kind of calls which is so upsetting for them n families. They do not understand as they are old n possibly have dementia but worry n get anxious about financial matters. What self-respecting person would do a job like this?"

A female from this number just called and as soon as I answered with hallo, she said wrong number sorry and hung up. I tried to call back and it said the call could not be connected.

this number just called my home phone, my mobile and my husbands mobile at the same time, when I called it back, it said it was disconnected....

Another nuisance call, from an empty block of land Williamstown address. They ring, and there is 2 secs silence before they hang up. It is one of quite a few 039379**** received of late.

Called today offering some subsidy from government. Definite scam

Had a missed call from this number. When I called it back I got a recorded message saying this number is not connected please check before calling again.

Dodgy. Called back & line rings then a recorded message says the number is not connected. If you answer, the caller has an Indian accent & usually phishes for your personal information. Usually claims to be from the ATO, or calling about a car accident.

I received a call from this number claiming to be "Australian wealth campaign" and they wanted to get information out to home owners under the age of 59. I asked if they were an Australian company, and when they said yes, I suggested they not call people registered on the Do Not Call Register, such as myself.

Called my mobile...spoke so quickly I couldn't catch where he was ringing from...when I questioned who they were hung up on me
