BUT, it's a different number to their switch number and other calls from them, ergo an unknown number that presents as risk of being a scam call and not answered. They could easily inform re the different number when the call-back is requested to mitigate the massive wait times when calling them. Nonetheless, Lort Smith is a not-for-profit, warm and caring place, however they are DEAF to many things, such as this, let alone disconnect of information between their various attending staff, and deaf as rushed know-it-alls ignoring insights [pets' behaviours and dispositions] proffered by pet owners to mitigate treatment issues and improve the otherwise heart-felt veterinary care being provided.
