    Virgin Money (TAL Insurance) call on 3 numbers, I know this because after requesting the intial online quote and recieving the call back, then going through the quote process and saying leave it with me (e.g. seek comparative quotes from competitors), I have recieved a total of 15 calls in 3 days, 5 per day on the below numbers;

    (03) 9284 9093
    (03) 9284 9098
    (03) 9284 9100

    I have been informed anymore than one call per week is harassment, I mean come on, 15 calls in 3 days (all logged in mobile phone).
    I sincerely hope this tenacity is utilised in benefit of their paying clients (not their shareholders) when claims are made.

    Was looking at an on-line nrma quote for life / income protection last night. The calls started this morning. If I wanted to talk to someone I would have called them. Do they think this is helping???

    Yep NRMA Insurance, these automated calls don't give adequate time to reach phone to possibly choose whether to respond or not, no message = big mistake. This ignorance deserves contempt, my plan? Call NRMA Sydney to advise of lost business as a result!

    It's an agent for NRMA Insurance.
    They call every month since I got an online quote for income insurance.
    Big mistake. They certainly don't let an unanswered call stop them. Repeat calls until you are stupid enough to answer.

    I had the same calls from the listed 3 numbers, 2 today. Good thing I kept my mobile volume off and had my voicemail on. I'm pretty much aware they're reverse phone numbers from a certain company and calls usually come from overseas. It's not the reps fault but the companies whom our numbers have been passed on. I'd be careful next time not to give my numbers to any company.

    had at least 3 calls per day. so annoying. i changed electricity company's a while back and I am paying what I owe my last carrier off $20/fn. They passed my account to Probe - debt collectors. they won't leave me alone

    I called back number (03) 9284 9100 reached IVR for an insurance company called NRMA insurance.

Sample complaints we have found for (03) 9284 9100

  • a virgin customer.
    I am a virgin mobile customer.  But when a company does this.  It really makes me ashamed to be part of their business.  I have had great service with Virgin mobile, OK service on their broadband.  Hearing this tho.... I will never call Virgin Money!  I had the same thing with NRMA insurance.  Called for a quote.  I said the same. Leave it with me I'll call you if I wish to proceed.  After 3 calls a day, every day, for over a month!  (I refuse to answer and repeat myself again and again).  I WILL NOT be harassed and have my phone and time hijacked until I give a yes.  I let my wallet speak for me. Now when I have to give a phone number out and I know I don't want to hear from them, I "accidentally" reverse the last two numbers .. OPPS!
