Have received a couple of calls from this number, but they hang up when I answer. Another one today where I was unable to answer, but no message left. Am now blocking number. As an NIB customer for health insurance I'm pretty pissed if this is them cold-calling for other insurance products and then hanging up. Way to treat your customers NOT!

Thank goodness I'm not the only one, was getting worried I had a stalker. Hmmm well maybe I do and it's name is NIB !! I'm a customer, so why the hell call and when I answer hang up??

Keep getting calls from this number a few times a day on both my home line and my mobile. Both numbers are silent and are on the "Do Not Call" Register. Annoyed!

I'm glad I found this. I've had missed calls every day and didn't want to ring back. Now I know it's NIB!

Had a phone call on my mobile which I didn't pick up as I wanted to google the number first but then the home phone rang straight after. NIB wanting to talk to me about Life Insurance and Income Protection because I am an existing customer. Mentioned that the conversation would be recorded. Told them that wasn't something that we were interested in at the moment, rattled off a few things several times then finally got the hint that "I wasn't interested" like I had already said.

Got cold call from this number in the middle of a meeting. Introduced herself as being from NIB and wanting to sell me Life Insurance (which as it happens, I don't have - go figure) I am however with NIB but don't remember giving them permission to ring my mobile number to sell me more products! If they want to sign me up for more policies, they can send it to me in the post or email it to me. I subsequently wrote them a very strongly worded complaint to that effect and demanded they stop ringing me to sell me something. We shall see what happens.... 3 days now and no response as yet.......

Keeps calling. No message left. Presume it's NIB as I am a customer. Really annoying as they never give up. NIB should be ashamed of such an un-modern approach to customer service.

Got a couple of calls too, NIB rang the mobile than the landline and they don't like taking no for an answer. I told them I have insurance and I didn't want to change. they wanted info like how much for etc. I do not want to disclose and kept saying I am not interested. Also told them I can not afford it. They are pushy. I hope I am now of the list. They mentioned they had sent an email the previous week about life insurance which they hadn't.

Called at 7:00pm! Didn't answer the call but what I have in common with the above comments, I too am an NIB customer. Blocking now.

As I now screen calls, they continue to ring but never leave a message...there may be up to 3 calls per day....when will they get the message. I AM NOT INTERESTED.

NIB trying to sell life insurance. Even though I am on the Do Not Call register. Funnily I am an NIB Health insurance member (different company and ABN). So NIB is breaching the DNC register laws.

I am moving to another private health fund now!

NIB rang twice, said I'm not interested and got the exact same responses: is it too expensive? ...annoying.
