NIB Life/Income Insurance ;
I'm an NIB health insurance customer which is how they got my number. I think it's pretty rude for them to be cold calling my mobile.
Also only at the end of the call did he tell me 'this has been recorded'. I thought they had to ask at the start.
I'll be changing away from NIB when my health insurance is up.

They phoned me in the middle of the day, but all I got was the sound of a recording device. If they try to sell me anything, they will get the short shrift.

Nib have now for policies for life and income insurance, and they're just calling existing customers about it. I changed a policy last week and they mentioned an uocome call about this.

Annoying when your medical insurer (NIB) cold calls your mobile and doesn't leave a message. So much for the 15+ year relationship!

These guys have called me four times in the last fortnight (Monday 8th Dec, Thursday 11th Dec, Wednesday 17th, Thursday 18th all around 10:30am). I've never answered their calls thanks to looking up the number here. I just wish they would piss off!!!

HATE the way 1) they NEVER can leave a simple text message when calling my mobile 2) that number is ALWAYS engaged & I can never return a call when I AM FREE to. I will be telling them about this as I am their customer, at least!

Just had a call from NIB. First they rang my mobile then my landline. Wanted to flog me some Life Insurance/Income protection. Told him I/m not interested and he couldn't believe it. I have blocked the number on my mobile. I have NIB health insurance but after this not for much longer. Angry.
