I called back number (03) 9270 6000 rang 3 times then goes to busy tone.

I have just sent them a very stern email in regards to taking my number off their database, as I am registered with the Do Not Call Register, and have given them 3 business days to respond with confirmation that my number has been removed, otherwise I will take the matter further.
