I called back number (03) 9206 8930 reached IVR of a utility company called AGL.

this is a computer generated number, of the collections department. call them on 131245. the calls are legit

AGL; genuine call; responded (very quickly) to an online enquiry I had made regarding an incorrect gas account.

It is an AGL number and not a scam. I was left a message to call back on the AGL 1300 number to follow up on a complaint I had made.

Got a call from Harry Singh said he was from AGL. Would not talk unless he got an account number and a date of birth. Could also be a scammer as he was expected to be believed based on his saying he was from AGL. Did not give away private information as we have been scammed by AGL e-mails.
