Very pushy chap wanting be to sign up to Bvivid NBN. I politely told him that I was busy and would look them up. He insisted that I was in DANGER of losing my landline number. When I told him that I didn't care about that, as we have just moved and it is a brand new number anyway, he acted as if I was mad. They seem to be a smaller player with a poor record of customer service. Not interested.

Tried to get me to change NBN providers. Sounded to dodgy. Hung up on them and they continued to call for a while.

This service is so bad no one can call you from another network, they don't tell you that you are on hold when you ring them about this and they don't ring you back. Tried to go to complaints page and it leads to no where they are hopeless do not sign with them.

Had a call from an indian sounding man who said he was from bvivid. Asked if I had received a letter from them regarding nbn, which I hadn't. NBN will not be available where I live for at least another 12 months. Wanted to put me on a plan for $140 per month for landline and adsl. I only pay $80 per month now. He knew my name and address and that I didn't use landline much. How come? I have a silent number and am on the do not call register.

said that NBN is available now (and I said it wasn't). He looked it up. And said it isn't ready yet, but is under construction, then he hung up.

Claims to be working with the NBN government roll out & not telemarketers... yet they keep trying to get me to sign up to their NBN internet plans.
Even though I told them I am staying with my current provider they continue to make calls & I had to block their number.
When I went to their website to view their policies & complaint handling, the links go nowhere! funny that!

I laughed so hard reading all your comments
Got a call to our business number and warned that we will lose our biz number if we don't join LOL
Unfortunately, I'm not a business owner and refused to transfer hence he got a bit of issue...guess he's not a good listener and love to mess with people LOL
Asked to send email and he said that he sent twice but we did not receive anything (even checked on spam). Asked him to resend but he refused...he doesn't sound sincere enough lol and what if i'm really a business owner he spoke to...?? His attitude frightened me...hahaha so does his service

Very pushy, trying to get us to transfer our phone/NBN plan over to bVivid. I subsequently shot an email off to the Customer Care address shown on their website but it bounced back as "undeliverable", saying the address doesn't exist.

Received a call today on my business mobile. Trying to sell me an NBN package. He was telling me that my current plan is with Telstra (which it isn't), was pushing me to tell him who my provider is after I told him it wasn't Telstra. Told him I wasn't interested in whatever he was selling, he was very rude and kept interrupting me. I asked him what company he was calling from and eventually he told me BVIVID PTY LTD - when I asked him to spell that he hung up on me.
