Stupid time wasting arseholes, these leeches give me the sh*ts, ringing up 2 or 3 times a day trying to peddle their bullsh*t scams wasting my time while I'm trying to run a legitimate business, their nothing but oxygen thieves.

They appear to be using a VOIP system with bad number over-stamping. In other words, they haven't even set up the system correctly. Thus, the number appears as (03) 9183 5412 instead of 03...etc. If they knew what they were doing, they could set it up with any number they like, despite it being thoroughly illegal to do so.

Probably an offshore call-centre. Asked them not to call again, and [Gomer Pyle voice on] surprise, surprise, surprise [Gomer Pyle voice off] they called again.

Most likely a scammer. Next time they call, if I'm not busy, I'll take the time to listen to them and report back here.

I just had a phone call from this number, and I just got breathing before the person could be bothered saying ''hello''. From experience, I just hung up. If people don't have the courtesy to speak to you right away, especially when THEY MAKE THE CALL, I just don't bother anymore. Just breathing on the other end, causes confusion and (lets be honest) is rather creepy. I ran a search of the number on this site, and here we are. If this helps people...I purchased a phone from Telstra that has a stored phone book. It can record up to about a month's worth of calls. The other day I went through the numbers of the received calls, searched all of the numbers on this site, then put the dodgy numbers in the phone book, under ''SCAM''. Do this has saved has saved ALOT of time, as the word "SCAM" appears when the phone rings, I don't answer it. These people have no idea that we are trying to run businesses. I realise they are just trying to do their job, but SO ARE WE. The difference is, we are trying to make an HONEST living. Good luck everyone!

I missed a call from this number at my work this morning. When I returned the call, it said: "Your call cannot be connected..."

This number has been calling my business phone on a daily basis.
Upon answering they give some audio noise and hung up.

Ring numerous times and then hang up...

They keep calling all the time and keep hanging up.

scam asking you to send money for legal action re bank overcharges on you account. reported to ASIO in the hope that they will be caught.

Indians, like to talk to the owner (like always.......), couldn't even understand what about...

I get around 4 or 5 calls from this number every week only to have the line hang up when answered. when I call back, I get a recorded message saying that the number could not be connected, please check the number before trying again.

Some Punjab bitch, called my work telling me that my business wasn't ranked number 1 on google, and that she could help my work for one low fee of $199, I went troppo called them every name I could think of (Expletive) and if they called again, I would call the Telecommunications ombudsman.

the more info u get from them..so wen u do make the complaint they can track down the women who called u..must remember also supervisors of call centre are unfortantly prankers also...but do something about it don't leave it..email privacy officer of the company that called u..good luk

Called our business and hung up when I answered the call.

(03) 9183 5412 - Woman rang and asked for the owner of the business. When asked who is she, she didnt say. When I said that the owner is not available she said she will ring back later and hung up. Recalled the number and its disconnected.
Be good to know if someone finds out who these people are. Pretty rude if you ask me.
