Caller: Apparently 'Liz' from 'Microsoft'... She said her name was Liz from Microsoft. She had an accent but her English was good. She said our 'Microsoft Exchange' licences were going to expire in July. She wanted to know all sorts of information about my business. I did not oblige. Microsoft do not make cold calls.
