Caller: Info Management Services He said he was calling from "Info Management Services" He told me that I could save 50% on my tax return. He wanted to send me a PDF via text message. I told him to send it via mail, then he agreed so I gave him a fake address. I asked him what the website is but he said he doesn't have one.

Caller: Disconnected number Had a missed call from (03) 9111 2429. Called back only to have a message saying the number was disconnected. No real company would call from a number only to have it disconnected moments later - number obviously faked to carry out scam.

I said I was interested and then I pushed a pile of wooden boxes over in the shed and started screaming: "STOP STABBING ME!" and he hung up. Dunno why cos I was really interested in saving $27,500 off my tax return.

A guy with an Indian accent said his name was Mark Stevens. I asked if Stevens was a common surname in India he said yes. He was going to save me a fortune in tax . I played with him for a while until he got agitated and told me I thought too much of myself. I probably do but I’m still sure this is a con

Why do we have these winners calling us. Why can’t the police get off their ass and do there job. Why do the telco companies allow so many scams Is the reason that it’s easier for the police to book someone going 5 kms over the speed limit Is the reason that the telco companies make money from the scammers FFS don’t steal the Australian government hates competition

Caller: Scam "Peter Wilson" called saying Commonwealth Bank noticed a suspicious transfer of funds to "America". Said he is calling from Headquarters but began swearing at me and called me a "f**king idiot" when I asked questions about his credentials and hung up on me. Phone number blocked when return was tried.

Caller: "Info Management Services" Man claimed he was from "Info Management Services" and wanted to help me with receiving more funds from the government. I asked how he got my phone number as I am on a DO NOT CALL. He claimed it was listed publicly in Australian White Pages. My number is actually not listed in White Pages. I told him I did not have time for his games and hung up.

Caller: Tom Anderson from Info Management Services Said their office was at 14 Albert Road South Melbourne which is a block of apartments. Website www.advizes.com.au does not exist. Indian accent, sounded like he was calling from a mobile (which he agreed he was) but was routed through this number. Same as the other callers, he offered to save me 50% off my taxes.

Caller: Info Management Systems They told me they had my information from a survey I filled out two years ago, but they couldn't tell me where the survey was from. Claimed they could save me 50% on tax. They gave me a fake website address and hung up when I asked for a phone number and the manager's name so I could call back and confirm who they are.

Received a call from this number, they left a voicemail, all I got was "Helloo?????"
Had calls from this number in the past, seemed very dodgy. Something about saving money on tax with some secret advice that could only be hand delivered to my front door. Hung up on him.
Company is apparently called OT capital, which is gone into administration, so who knows why they're still calling.

Unknown as I missed the call, but I can only assume it’s a con as I returned the call, which said “this number is not connected, please check, before calling again”...just after I missed the call!
