I called back number (03) 9099 9681 reached IVR for a company called Energy Australia.

I'm leaving Energy Australia and just received a phone call from this number. I answered my phone, got a very loud ring tone, so hung up. I did hear someone start to speak as I just ended the call on my phone. Maybe they'll ring back but I won't be answering my phone. Stuff 'em!

Called, and when I answered it was ringing, and then hung up on me. I'm transferring my electricity away from Energy Australia, so likely it's them as previous people have mentioned. Not hard to see why one would want to transfer away with service like that!

I missed a call from them - rang straight back & got a recorded message from Energy Australia. Prob. rang because I'm transferring my electricity to another company.
