Scam - when ring back it says number not connected

Knew my name - left a staggered voicemail message.

Caller: Scammers

Block. All numbers starting with 9087 seem to be scammers and the telco's suppling these numbers have a lot to answer for.

Let it ring out but caller didn't leave a message, called it back and says number is not connected, please check number and try again.

Clearly a scammer spoofing (03) 9087 3651

apparently a Vic Gov rep calling to see if I wanted a monitor for electricity use.

3 Phone calls within 18 minutes, didn't know number so didn't answer
