I called back number (03) 9081 3554 reached IVR for a company called Pre Legal.

I've had more spammer calls from this number than any other.

I've now reported it to the 'Do Not Call' Registry - they are taking relevant action.

I urge you to do likewise.

Was advised that I had been involved in an accident recently by this organisation (surprising, because I hadn't). They had the wrong number - they were after a different person. However, that didn't stop this organisation (PreLegal) from trying to contact me 2-3 times per day for a continuous period of time. If you are also experiencing this same problem, DO NOT BLOCK THE NUMBER. Instead, contact Telstra's Unwelcome Calls Team on 1800 805 996 and ask them to explain their "trace service" to you. I have applied this service to this number, which has identified where this number has originated from, and provided Telstra with enough evidence to work with the Police in order to initiate a "Cease and Desist" order against nuisance calls from this number. This has the potential for huge ramifications against the company and can lead to the telephone number getting delisted completely - don't get mad, get even. The telemarketers are just doing their jobs - have some patience and strike at the companies who have flagrant disregard for the general public.

I was sent a text to my mobile I called the mobile number it was sent from and suprise the number is disconnect
I rang the number in the message and it was from a legal place I told them to remove me from the data base

they have called numerous times, never leave a message, called back to find out who they are, they called me again on Friday, called me by name, asking about injuries I sustained in either a car accident or workplace accident, when I informed them I was fine, I was asked, are you sure, after replying yes I am, they said maybe they had the wrong information WTF, how did they get my name and number !!!

Inundated with calls block the number they call again different format. These scammers get our names and numbers from legitimate businesses they sell the information to anyone who wants to purchase it

Constantly calling me, never answered as number unknown to me. Finally get tired of them calling so called them back. They said from

Called me 15 times in 2 weeks. They are loosing their times as I never answer phone numbers I do not know......they must be very bored and nothing to do if if they keep ringing people they do not know.

I keep getting calls from Pre-Legal too. Have blocked them on the phone and Hiya.

Apparently I have been in a car accident recently and sustained injuries 🙄 these numbers have been calling me up to 35 times a day in the last few weeks. I am so over it. I block the numbers and they continue to call.

Initially sent a message thanking me for my enquiry and that someone on their staff will call shortly. A lady did call saying that I'd been in an accident or had an accident at work. Said I hadn't and hung up. Blocked the number.

Why isn't there a way to stop these people. Blocked the number, doesn't stop them.
Best thing is to throw away your mobile phone and go back to the old line, pretty hard to make bulk calls to a land line.

I phoned back the mobile number it is disconnected............ I did not have an accident and they are very annoying and they called on my mobile number....another time on landline and I answered them it is a scam they hanged up immediately.
