Indian call centre doing state government energy incentive scam.

I stupidly answered and they hung up

I called back number (03) 9068 9574 was put on hold music but no one answered the call.

I keep getting called every day. I have blocked callers number so many times but they still get through. I want to complain to someone. I do not answer the calls.
