I called back number (03) 9040 6121 spoke to a woman who said company name is On The Move.

the company is on the move. they want to connect utilities when you move. sounds like they get a commission for setting you up with their preferred supplier. Don't have to use them

I can verify the above comment. Happens when you move out and give you number to the real estate agent. They're a legit company/service, but you don't have to use them. Google them for more info.
