I called back number (03) 9038 5757 reached voice mail for a company called Westpac.

Glad I thought of googling this number. It saves me calling it back. I received a call from it this evening. Thanks for posting, everyone.

Have been receiving calls from this number quite frequently.

Today I finally called back and it goes right to a recording indicating they are an agent (Agis? not sure of spelling) that makes calls on Westpac's behalf.

Not sure legit or not.

Seems legit. Westpac follow-up call while our lost credit card is temporarily blocked.

They called my husband and asked him some personal questions concerning banking details. I called the bank and was confirmed that they never asking this details on the phone. It is a suspicious activity.
