Caller: They don't identify themselves

SPAMMERS. American voice using the wrong terminology for Australian Law. Threatening language.

Received a voice message... computer generated.. saying paperwork was not signed and that a warrant for my arrest will ensue if I don't return the call...
American type voice and not my area code. Threatening language.

Same as above. Caller claiming to be the Australian Tax Office, will arrest me if I don't respond.

Caller: (03) 9028 8757

American voice ask me to call him back otherwise they will arrest me. 03 is not my area code. Funny.

They left a message that if I don’t call back on this number, they will issue an arrest warrant against me and get me arrested. Message left in computer generated voice.

Pretend, calling for ATO, threatening to issue an arrest warrant for tax fraud.

Male voice recording saying there is a lawsuit being filed under my name and if I don't return call an arrest warrant will be issued for my arrest.

Caller: Unknown caller

Phone not answered (on silent - didn't notice it ring) they left voicemail - which was:

"9028 8757 I repeat 3 9028 8757

Now if we don’t hear from you we have to issue an arrest warrant under your name and get you arrested so get back to me as soon as possible, Thank you"



Pretty sure I have no reason for the Victorian Police to want to arrest me - since I live in NSW and haven't been to Victoria for years (and as far as I am aware never committed any offences in NSW or Victoria or any other State)

Left a voice message saying they are from Australian taxation office and got a law lawsuit and going to arrest me. lol. Scammers.

The guy said he is from the Australian Taxation Office and said that if he do not hear back from me, I will get arrested. I rang back and a guy with an Indian accent answered the phone saying he is from the Australian Taxation Office
