they call my work about 10/15 times a day and hang up on me, when i try and call back it just rings out. the number i have calling is (03) 9021 9685. is that the same number you are all getting?

Number calls and no one on line and hangs up. Next time called, when I waited they eventually said hello, and then hung up when I replied with hello. Assuming more calls on the way.

Have had 2 calls in the same day today. Same number but two different people saying they are from 2 different companies. One did ask whether we received their letter and our licence has expired. WHAT LICENCE? HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU DONT TELL ME WHERE YOU ARE CALLING FROM!!!!!!!!. I asked who it was addressed to and he hung up. The second said she was from a company called Austin? Wanting to speak to the business owner. I just hung up but noticed it was the same number as the first one.

Called this afternoon wanting to speak to the business owner about our Microsoft services...when I questioned whether or not they were from Microsoft the woman disregarded it and tried to find out the name of the business owner...when that failed she tried to get an email address...when I asked her to verify the name of our company she hung up. Nice.

After receiving multiple calls from this number I rang Telstra and barred the call only to have another number call with the SAME spiel.

This telemarketing company is calling on behalf of a business called "AUSvance" asking to speak with the business owner. When I asked what it was regarding the marketer said "unsecured business finance - we sent you a letter in the post did you get it?". I said we were not interested and to please remove our business and telephone number from the marketing list. Instead of being polite and saying "yes" they just hang up. How rude. Will NEVER EVER EVER BE USING AUSVANCE NOW. The very next day the same company calls again with the exact same intro. I said excuse me you called yesterday and I asked you to take us off your call list. I then asked to speak to the manager. Again I get hung up on. If you outsource marketing to overseas companies make sure you brief them on being polite as this is very damaging to your business. Why would I use a company when they have sales people who hang up on me? Maybe all Ausvance employees have the same bad attitude?!

They ring all the time and hang up when we answer the phone. Why do they bother to ring if they don't speak.
I leave the phone off the hook for up to 1/2 hour or when the phone rings again. If they go to ring out apparently they can't.

Again, called, answered with spiel, hung up. what loser would work in a business that the sole purpose is to annoy the living hell out of people?

I answered the phone with our usual business courtesy. No one spoke & the caller hung up!! I have put them on the "black list" in my phone sytem.
If they do call back & ID themselves, there is no point in telling these people to remove you from their call list - they ingnore you and call repeatedly (Telstra anyone!!)

If you have a iphone when a spammer rings click on the information circle on the left of the number go down past create new contact to the bottom of the info and you will see "block this caller" click on it and they can not ring you or send txt message

I just received a cal and they hung up when I answered. I rang them and it's some Finance Mob, who say they're in the USA, but he sounded like he was from Mumbai! I have entered the number as 'SCAM' into my my phone system, as all unsolicited callers are categorized!

i keep a growing list of scam numbers & nuisance callers beside my phone to reference quickly when the display comes up. these overly persistant tools have just made it to the no. 1 position.

Got a few calls from this number after receiving a few letters of offer for over the phone business finace. They loan against your future eftpis transactions. Avoid this type of finace at all costs. They are called AusVance
