Auto Call from ato claiming a lawsuit and arrest warrant pending with a msg to call back. Called back and was asked for personal info

A voice recorded message saying a law suit is currently been put against your name.
I rang back and they where asking me my name so can put me through to the right department. Sounded not professional, i ask if it was a scam or a prank they said it was so i hang up.

Caller: A scammer

Missed a call from same number and had text message saying "This is a lawsuit getting filed under your name. The moment you receive this I want you to get back to me on my department division number 3901".

Just got the same message left on my phone

The same number called me and I went on google to check if it is a spam! I guess it is. Thank God didn’t pick up the call.

I listened to the automated message that said filed under my name and continued with if they didn’t hear back from me it would mean an arrest warrant. Tried to ring them back and it was user busy.

Call from this number, (03) 9016 9017 voicemail msg left saying to call this number or the taxation office will send someone to arrest me, anyone know anything about this number

bloody scammers pretending to be ATO but it's not so you should ignore this scam and block the number.

Left a message stating I had a warrant out for my arrest. Did not address me by my legal name, nor would anybody call me stating they have a warrant out for my arrest. The police would be at my door already otherwise. I must note that I have never been in trouble by the police and do not plan on doing so in the future. No doubt this is a scam.

received a call from ATO (as claimed) left a voice message to call back on the number with a threat to file a lawsuit and arrest warrant.

Robot voice with US accent advising they have an arrest warrant in my name and I must contact to avoid further action. I'm not too concerned.
