Beware of Angle Telecoms. Signed my Mother up with all these great deals but turns out to be more expensive then telstra. They then took $900+ from her account. Has taken 6 months and multiple phone calls to get it back. First they denied taking it, then offered to put it back but needed her internet banking details to do so. As she has no computer they asked her to ring the bank, ask for a once off password and her id number and to NOT tell the bank or she would pay extra in bank charges. Thankfully she smelt a rat and spoke to her bank. Turns out the money had been put back into her account a few days before this call. They are still calling her now trying to get her details.

Anle Telecom took our number without a contract. Instead of diversion disconnects a full well my business has suffered. Cannot get anything out of these people.

They are so unprofessional, I have had service from them. They would not answer any query just try to rip you off as much as they can.

Angle Telecom constantly ringing me, telling me they are using Telstra lines and offering discounts. Wanting to know my details including my birth date etc. When I asked why they wanted so much information, they hung up in my ear.

So rude, after I said "Thank-you anyway" and hung up he called me back and said "Do you know how F***ing rude it is to hang up on someone".
They are just tele marketers just hang up !

This number called me saying they were Telstra, I automatically knew they were just tele marketers so I just told him we had already sorted it out but thank-you anyway and hung up... Then I get another call straight away from the same guy, who when I answered said "Do you know how F***ing rude it is to hang up on someone?" and hung up. How pathetic. Get a real job idiot.

Had the call twice now, kept them on the phone for about 30 minutes in total over the 2 calls. They clearly aren't from Telstra. When you prod and poke they come back with the same reply time and time again.

I eventually got their real name out of the 2nd guy that rang. They are from Angle Telecoms http://www.angletelecom.com.au/

When I asked to be removed from their call list to their manager they hung up on me. Pathetic.

Asking for Telstra Account holder. same as above. be aware as they may well just be collecting your details!

Had a call come through from this number but did not answer it quick enough. I have had them call numerous times before and they are so rude on the phone. They claim to be from Telstra but wonder if they are.

Ring our business constantly saying they are from Telstra wholesale and when I query them they hang up.

Got a call from this number at work. Hung up as she calls all the time and I cant give her the information she wants so she called me back about 20 times until I answered and she called me a little slut and a stupid cow for hanging up on her.

A woman said 'Hi, my name i ' and she hang up.

"Sean" called from Telstra and asked for account holder regarding an overcharge and gave me last 4 digits of phone no.

When I queried him he hung up.

Said her name was Holly from Telstra.. when I seemed a bit confused she hung up

Inferred he was from Telstra. I said "Ah good. Glad you called. I was just about to call Telstra to cancel this service but you can now do it for me?" He hung up.

When they called me they said we had been over charged in our last two bills and needed to refund us. I was put onto a supervisor to give some details that is when the alarm bells went off as I didn't think I would have to talk to a supervisor of a genuine Telstra office. I told them I would call my Telstra business manager for verification that they were genuine.

Just had an abusive lady trying to tell me she was from Telstra when I told her she wasn't. Telstra calls a from private numbers not displayed like this one. Just beware I have friend that works at Telstra it's a scam.
