Caller: They said they're from the ATO

I think this was a scam caller as they were threatening "lawsuit".

Said they were from ATO and wanted my name. I said they should be contacting my tax agent not me. Then threatened that "I'd face the consquences" and hung up abruptly.

i tried calling it, no one answers just hangs up straight away

Got a call in a recorded american voice saying if I didn't call back an arrest warrant would be issued, obviously a scam.

Got a message left on my phone on Wednesday from 'Audit department' saying that if i don't call back 9014 9453 (3) that they will issue an arrest warrant. Someone is filing a lawsuit against me. SCAM!

Got the same lawsuit threat call from this number claiming it's from ATO. cannot find any details of that contact number online either except that's its from Melbourne. (03) 9014 9454

They are pretending to be calling from the ATO and saying that they know we have “cheated” and they will send a police officer to the home to arrest who ever.

A mechanical voice says 'the reason behind calls is a lawsuit is being filed against your name. Call me back or a arrest warrant will be issued for you." The caller does not leave a name or indicate what company he is calling from. Going to ignore this as I don't think a legitimate entity would use this intimidating, unlawful way of getting in touch. 2 calls today.

Caller: No name, just left message

This is spam. Message is a computerised voice advising that I have an arrest warrant.

They threaten that if I do not return their phone call an arrest warrant will be issued. Left a number of messages today

Scam call pretending to be from the ATO.

Said they are with ATO and threaten to arrest if money wasn’t given.

Said in a prerecorded American accent “The reason for my call today is to let you know there is a lawsuit being filed under your name. Please get back to me on (03) 9014 9453”

Caller: Apparently ATO

It was an electronic voice message from the "ATO" and if I do not call back a warrant for my arrest will be issued.

Fake, impersonating the Australian Tax Office.
