missed call then called back but nothing

when I said my name they hung up

They said my name and I said who is speaking and they hung up. Rang back and no answer

Caller: Marketer (heavy Scottish/Irish accent)

Claimed I had spoken to her/company previously (stated "6months ago") and quoted a former address. Claimed discussion was about gas/electrical/internet rates. Told her that I did not recall speaking to anyone and that the address supplied had an embedded network, therefore I would not have engaged in such a discussion as it was pointless).

Pushed to pass my number to yet another company to provide details of their "energy plans". Declined but didn't end up saying I am on Do Not Call...

She claimed the company was called Simil/Cimil

I said hello, was cut off then when ring number no answer. So I looked up there number and read these comments. Thanks Everyone.
