Got an automated calling demanding that I call a number and threatening me with arrest and a law suite.

Caller: I don't know

Said if they didn't hear from me they would issue an arrest warrant under my name and arrest me

Caller: Scammers

Don't answer (03) 9010 6236 they are pretending to be the ATO very rude trying to get personal information for fruadulatant activity and saying that u have an arrest warrant absolute joke these people need to be put behind bars

Tricking me about tax evasion and arrest warrant

Voicemail left saying they are filling a lawsuit against me and if I don’t call them back then an arrest warrant will be issued for my arrest.

Caller: Claimed to be ATO

I called the number back, claimed to be ATO. Didn't sound professional at all and when I stated I couldn't hear him due to the dodgy quality of the call he hung up. Not a very good scammer or ATO employee

Automated voicemail threatening to cause trouble for you with the Tax Department. It's a blatant scam.

Saying thay are from tax department.
