Caller: ATO

They send a text message to say they are from the ATO fraud investigation and if you don't call them back you will be arrested

As with the previous post, "they" ( - it was a computer generated voice) called twice in the afternoon and left messages claiming they were the ATO and that failure to get back to them would end in an arrest warrant being issued. It's beyond me why Telstra do not take action against these scammers!

I received twice missed and leave message that I will be arrested if I didn’t call back. I called them back and they said from ATO but then hang up when I told them that they are scammer.

Said they were ATO and I was getting sued

Claimed to be from ATO Brad Smith.
Asked for address asked to verify how do I know it’s not a scam. Hung up. Call logged with scam watch and ATO

2 CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER TODAY EVEN THOUGH I BLOCKED IT THE FIRST TIME.
AUTOMATED VOICEMAIL MESSAGE SAYS YOU HAVE TO CALL BACK OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE ARRESTED

Left a robotic voice message that they were dealing with a lawsuit that concerned me and that if I don’t return their call an arrest warrant would be issued for me.

Robo call that says they are from the audit division of ATO, mentioning that a lawsuit is getting filed under your name, you have to call them back or we have to issue an arrest warrant under your name and get you arrested.

Left a voicemail, a computer generated message saying if I did not call back I would be arrested.

Obviously a scam. I asked him where the ATO was based and he hung up!

A lawsuit is pending against me...to call back

Left a voice message to say there is a law suit case against my name. Need to call them back on (03) 9010 6082 immediately or there will be a warrant for my arrest issued.

I received a phone call from this number registered voice was telling me that it is ATO there is a file on my name and if I don't call back I will be arrested for fraud

Pretends to be from ATO, automated phone call. Hang up straight away.

Caller: From Melbourne

They said I have lost parcel under my name, (they did't mentioned any name) , ask me me to call back if not I will get arrested.

ATO "tax debt" scam call. Ignore and delete any voicemails. Very aggressive, told my partner the AFP were coming for her
