Message saying "a lawsuit is getting filed under your name. The moment you receive this message I want you to get back to me on my department division no. 390". Yes a department division number makes it soooo believable.

This number is being used in phishing email spam for PayPal saying ring this number to stop the transaction How is this not being caught and investigated by the police , no it's the consumers problem

Got an email stating my payment for a new phone is being processed through PayPal. The address for delivery was not mine or the buyers name was not mine. If this was a mistake then to call this number to cancel PayPal transaction . I did not call but replied to email telling them it was a scam. And to go jump.

Message saying "a lawsuit is getting filed under your name. The moment you receive this message I want you to get back to me or an arrest warrant may be issued in your name". Probably a ploy by someone with a grudge against the ATO.

The phone rang and didnt flag this call as spam. As it was an unknown number I didn't answer. Voicemail left said there was a law suit being filed against me and I should call back but the voice was a robot.

Message saying "a lawsuit case is getting filed under your name. The moment you receive this message I want you to get back to me on my department division no. 3, 90105006, I repeat 3, 90105006. Now if we don't hear from you, we have to issue arrest warrant under your name and get you arrested, so get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you.

I also got this message saying "a lawsuit is getting filed under your name. The moment you receive this message I want you to get back to me on my department division no. 390". The voice sounds electronic. I pretty sure that robots aren't allowed to arrest humans yet?!
