Easy Meals is a SCAM! I've put this info on the page about Easy Meals Won't Stop Calling Me. They offer one free meal as a "trial" then on the phone you agree to 145 items for a fortnight @ $80.75 with free delivery and a $500 travel voucher. Within the hour there is an email Invoice for $807.50 noting 10 consecutive payments. I've recorded the phone calls I had to them about this illegal practice which is fraudulent and a scam. They told me they mainly have aged pensioners and people with disabilities as their highest % of customers. So a few more pieces of legislation will fit here for those of us willing to take part in a class-action. Both Consumer Affairs and the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) would be interested to help us with this claim. they need exposing on a program such as A Current Affair, with links to this site here and the FB page about Easy Meals continuing to call. This exposure for us would then bring others out of the woodwork and I reckon we'd have heaps and heaps more people. Those not on the internet are certainly getting shafted with the Invoice in the mail weeks later. Funny how they offer to direct debit from your account on Pension Day, with the cost almost identical to what a pension is. This way they have control over people and their pensions for up to 10 fortnights. Please record any phone calls with them and lets get this into action ASAP.

Hello all, I also nearly had fallen for this scam. The company is based in the Philippines as it says above and the name is Ausphil Outsourcing Solutions.

I rang the 1300 115 335 number and asked for Steve, no such person ???
Now, here is the number to contact Easy Meals, 1800 017 560.

I succeeded in having the whole thing stopped, the guy on the 1300 115 335 number who is in the Philippines took my number and email details from their system.
The guy on 1800 017 560 claimed I did not have any order with them, and if one did appear he would delete it.
Also I advised my bank to not let any direct debits from my account, this is standard practice normally for me as I only pay from my end and refuse
to let any money to be taken from my account, I pay BPay, but I set it up, not others.

I downloaded the game "Yahtzee" on my iPhone and for free spins, you can fill out a survey. Stupid me answered the questions. It was from a global marketing company I think. Since then I keep getting these phone calls. All different ones. I don't answer them and they don't leave a msg ever. I block each number after I look on here.

I tried to call the number to no avail. I have them blocked on my phone now, but still get missed call message. You would think they would get the message that I am not interested...

I've been getting calls from this number almost daily for about 2 weeks. I've never once answered but I've put it on my block list on my phone.

This so and so has not left me alone for a period of time going back awhile and as everyone is saying - no messages left, rings back sometimes straight away,rings odd hours - I believe this mob have a few numbers that they use for I get hammered-good luck

Have had this number call at 9.30 at night. They never leave message. Installed call blocker on my mobile.

from seeing these comments, this "Easy meals" number who contacted me a few months ago have now changed their scam to something "Education" scam as it is the same number. easy meals was asian, and asked for my credit card details so that they could easily send it out to me when and if i decided to order, but wouldnt email me the details of information about product before i would give them my credit card details, which i wasn't going to...this caller from education was indian and when i asked who she was calling for see hummed and harred trying to "guess/ find my name" and it took her a good minute to state my name. which when i said i was not that person she said okay bye and quickly hung up.

I received a call from this number but I couldn't understand the person who speaks with thick accents. I asked him where did he get my number because I've been receiving a lot of calls today from the unknown number, but he just hang up.

I was with easy meals a few years ago, fully paid for it all now 2 years later i have debt collectors saying i owe $650 to easy meals! I went online to easy meals and i dont even have an account with them, no emails and no contact...quite unsure about what to do but i made all my payments and i know that!

Call 1300 115 335 and request your mobile is removed from their registry. I am advised that it will take 24-48 hours to come into effect, but here is hoping... It is also worth putting your details into the Australian Federal Govts 'Do Not Call' register also.

There are words for this type of scam - however I refrain!

I was sucked in too, after saying no 3 times, was worn down by the hard sell, should have just hung up and strangely, the number that came up on the screen was that of a local restaurant that I had been to recently. There is no "cancel" option on the website, luckily my credit card number is being altered due to change of provider so hopefully I'll only get hit for the one supply if my "contact us" complaint message is ignored. The woman definitely did not tell me it was an ongoing thing - I believed it was a one-off trial of their product. When I checked on WOMO I was horrified at what I had gotten myself into - to lose $800+ for rubbish

My hubby agreed to get meals. When they came i took one loom at the use by date and decided anything that can last that long out of the fridge cant be good for you. So i called to cancel. What they failed to tell me was if tgey received them after the 2 weeks then they wouldnt refund my money...the whole $800 plus. So angry no goods and no money....where to now any suggestions please never been in this position before!!! The girl from the phillipines was absolutely just a bitch!!

this is a different easymeals number to the one i have, i am shocked as i have always had great service with australian easymeals, in eight months on their food i lost 35 kilos and seriously i couldnt be happier,
