Reachtel do automated/robotic surveys for Federal Government so for those surveys they are exempt from the Do Not Call Register. Block the number or opt out on their website is the best course of action, they are legit so allowing for the lag time in your opt out being applied to their dialler you should be removed from the list.

Number blocked. I wish there was some way we could tell the Government enough is enough. These calls should be banned and those responsible locked away in a small sh*t filled metal box placed outside in 40 degree weather.

They have been calling every night around 7pm for a week. I don't answer the call. Now they have switched to an unlisted number to force me to answer. Ombudsman here I come.

I have blocked this number from my smartphone by doing a long hold over the number & then selecting block icon. Works!
