Caller: Said they were from Telstra

Terrible accent and loud background noise and someone saying they were from Telstra about an order for an iPhone 12 on my account. They called back when I hung up on them the first time, but not after the second hangup.

Got a call saying they were from Telstra and about an order for an iPhone 13 on my account. They called back when I hung up on them the first time, but not after the second hangup.
I am not a telstra customer. They wanted personal details to be able to cancel the order and mentioned that someone had placed an order with a different delivery address, also they mentioned that my account was hacked.
Earlier I got a sms from 0448 035 774 to confirm details of shipment. Not sure if this is related

Caller: Fake Telstra

spam cal from a company claiming to be telstra - they are not Hi Lisa! I can confirm that (03) 9005 7488 is not listed here as part of the contacts. I believe those are spam calls. Unfortunately, companies or individuals sometimes call our customers claiming to be from Telstra when they’re not. They may try to switch you to another phone company, or in some cases, attempt to obtain personal information so they can access bank accounts.
