Reportedly from Aust Tax Office with a law suit. Rang mobile. Automatic response with American accent. Blocked.

There was a voice message stating to call back or I will be arrested in lawsuit

Caller: (03) 9005 7082

Automated voice message saying was going to be arrested .. scam

Automated American accent robocall advising -

"Reason behind call is that there is a lawsuit cases getting filed under your name. The moment you receive this message i want you to get back to me on my department division number 3 9005 7082. I repeat 3 9005 7082.
Now if we dont hear from you we have to issue arrest warrent under your name and get you arrested, so get back to me as soon as possible, thank you."

Seems like a scam. Robot says Aus Tax Office needs you to call them as there is a lawsuit in my name. I hung up about there.

some indian lady claiming i took her friends phone and that i return it.

Caller: Someone pretending to be from the ATO

When I answered, I got an automated robotic voice saying that I have been audited by the ATO and I need to call this number back. If I don't call it back, I will be arrested. LOL.

Caller: Claimed to be “The Taxation Office”

Computer voice ginformed me my case number was (03) 9005 7082. Advised I contacted the office as a lawsuit had been filed against me. Threatened that I would be subpoenaed if I did not.😂

Robotic voice says taxation office and law suit against my name. sounds very fishy...
