'shower head replacement' scam call (called on mobile not landline so I answered)

Unknown caller, I didn't answer the call. Immediately after receiving my call they called my wife's phone.

calls repeatedly and leaves a message with no sound. When calling back, the number won't connect, is just left sort of hanging, trying to connect, with no dial tone or ring tone. Finally a call connected and instantly hung up with message on my phone of "call failed". One message had background domestic noises such as if a person was working from home. Clearly a scammer.

(03) 8899 9820 called me and was quite rude. They then hung up
