debt collectors that claim they are closed on weekends but still call on weekends.... somewhere abroad

Caller: about gas and electricity deals rang me twice within 1hr on a Sat. no message left. when I called back there was a message stating they were closed and only available Mon - Fri business hrs

Caller: Dodgy utility service providers They obtain ph numbers through illegal data base sellers then try to sell dodgy services where they don't have a company name or address
