How good is this website! Almost daily I get spam calls and now I look them up on here without answering. This number already has pages of complaints, well done everybody! Another spammer that I have added to my blocked list!

Been calling me regularly for the last 6 months. I answer, silence, hang up.

For any enquiries and if you would like to speak to a representative, please press 1. If you would like us to place your number on our "do not call list" please press 2.

Press 1: "Audio from first part repeated. This then becomes an endless loop.

Press 2: The person at extension 102 is unavailable, please leave your message after the tone. Sorry but the user's mailbox can't accept more messages."

There's literally nothing you can do.

Knew my name. Wanted to get me a better deal on my energy bills. Asked where they got my phone number and was told from a phone list supplied by Australian Debtor Services. Said I wasn't interested and to remove my name from list. Have since had numerous phone calls from different Melbourne (03) numbers regarding same issue.
Have blocked 7 (03) numbers so far. Will now not answer and delete.

A lot of these are 03 numbers but you get the odd 07 and the odd 02 Ive even had an 08 ring me up. This one yesterday said she wanted to get me a better deal on my energy bills. She rang Simply Energy and when Simply Energy answered she told them she was from Option Team. She knew the fake name that I provided to an insurance cold caller back in 2011. She also knew the fake postcode I provided (she couldnt look it up) and the fake address as well. These clowns must have access to and share a HUGE database of names, phone numbers and addresses be it for insurance advertising electrical deals NBN deals accident claims and probably a lot more.

Caller: Indian sounding voice

Said something to me in what appeared to be an Indian language, and then hung up.

This number called me today while I was driving and the phone auto answered, they would not say who they were but they knew who I was, I said I am not verifying my identity to any one who cannot say who they are and what they want. A complete waste of time, and very annoying when you are waiting for important calls.

Simply looked up this site and blocked the number.
Not gonna waste my time on dodgy scammers.

Dont answer dont give details. They will ask to confirm your details as they have your name and post code. Hang up asap

These people are relentless in bothering you with calls several times a day with different numbers. When I called backed on a private/silent landline, it's a voicemail "Welcome to Option Team".
Block the pesty mongrels.

Claimed to be concept referral group - offering cheaper energy deals. I asked to be taken off the list and he said "no, suck my d*ck, f*ck off"

I get the same loop, it is pointless gibberish.

Call once every week. When advised that I have already spoken with their representative they respond with "It was not me that called" and then continue on with speel

They had Indian influence accent and ask if I was another person and I said no and ask for my name. Odd.
