Caller: Optus Business Centre Spoke to a guy who wanted to set up a 5 minute meeting with our IT department. I asked him to email the details, and he said the PDFs containing the info are too big to send?
Not sure how he was planning to cover the info in 5 minutes!

Caller: Optus Called the business landline and asked to speak to the business owner about wanting to set up a meeting the following day to discuss a quote for a new mobile plan. I let him know we have contracts currently with a different provider and were not interested, he then proceeded to inform me that he knew our contact is due to expire this year and when I asked him how he would know this he said he called and spoke to someone 2 months prior but didn't know who. I told him my name and said put that on your file for next time, told him he was lying and hung up.
