Almost paid until I double check the number in google n saw all this scam reviews

I had my blood test done a month ago but I was sure it was bulk billing, so no need to pay. I got sms yesterday that looks legit from 4cyte to ask me to call at this number to pay or direct link to pay $92.60 After search the number & took me here I’m convinced now they’re scammer. I def press report & scam on my sms now. Thx guys for alerting us.

Received an SMS from someone posing as 4CYTE (03) 8679 7599 seeking payment(with links) for a recent blood test. Reversed google the number and it led me to lots of scam warnings. Almost fell for it as it looks legit and used my full name but is in fact a SCAM SMS. BEWARE!

This was legit for me. I had a 4Cyte invoice that I forgot to pay. These guys messaged me and collected payment - the link in the SMS was the same as the link in the invoice attached to the email from 4Cyte.

I received a message from the number (03) 8679 7599 claiming to be from 4Cyte Pathology with a payment link (the link redirected to another website). Yesterday, I received a call from the number (03) 0750 39155, where a woman with an Indian accent said I needed to pay an invoice. She confirmed all my information, address, email, and personal details, including my doctor's name and the procedure I had undergone. When I asked about the invoice, she simply said I needed to pay. I have now blocked this scammer's number.

My father did his blood test in 4cyte laboratory a month back, which was fully covered by his insurance so we were not asked to make any payment when the test was done. then one day I got an sms with 4cyte name and content of sms had a phone number (03) 8679 7599 and a direct payment link which opened a payment page on st george bank website, when I opened the link I did not see any logo of 4cyte and the page itself looked phishy so I just closed the tab. After a couple of days I got a call on my mobile and say they want to talk to my father and they are from customer reminder service. I told them my father went back to india and asked to share details with me. she said she can not share the details as they are legally bound, but said that can you do the payment via the link or calling the number from the sms we sent to your father. I said I will look into this but the last time I checked it looked fishy. so she said let me send you the invoice so you can see it is regarding the test. She did send me the email with the invoice. the way it was designed we could easily fall in the trap. The reason I was saved as I tried to search the number which was in the sms, and found this thread. so thank god. Not sure if and where we can lodge complaint about this.

I am such a fool… paid through their link… then I realized something strange and search it online. Soon found out I got a scam. Tried to stop this transaction but failed…

I got an email and this was the number attached - trying to charge almost $500 in owed payment saying my health insurance didn't pay it despite that being incorrect. Told me to pay it anyways and they would refund me if the insurance paid it. I refused! Scam

I almost.... fall as they did know the day I took my exams!

SMS from 4cyte pathology and asked me to pay for the laboratory of my son . But I don't have any outstanding balance with them.I don't know why they know my son's name.

SMS from 4Cyte Pathology got this number in it. Called back and said I got outstanding invoices. Asked me to pay over phone. I asked the indian guy what's the due date of the invoice. He said he doesn't know.

Text message posing as 4cyte pathology providing a link for payment. I had used their service a fortnight prior so some sort of targeted scam.
