This group of people called my friend twice (first one from another phone number (03) 8679 7555), claim they are from Debt collection CCS, told her she has an unpaid medical invoice turned into debt. She ask them to resend the invoice via email, they refused. They keep asking for her personal details. My friend can only speak very little English, so she ask me to help her to communicate with them, they knew that I'm next to her, but they refuse to talk to me insist to talk to her directly, when they find that I seems like a person with strong attitude and better English, they hung up by leaving an threat, something like if you friend don't call back, she will have a bad credit.

The first phone call (03) 8679 7555 was an English speaker, the second phone call ((03) 8672 5066) was a Chinese speaker, I feel like they are targeting to someone from overseas, especially oversea student, so who ever receive a phone call from Debt collection CCS, think carefully before give any of your personal details.

They are shifty I attended call and no one spoke and call was disconnected. I redial and a auto message was running to enter 12 digit number, no clue though they are what this call was regarding. I have blocked the number. If they are genuine they should clarify who they are and why calling.
